Simple and Easy Striped Baby Blanket Crochet Pattern

Striped Baby Blanket? And Easy, too?

And, stripes of different sizes?

Yes, yes, and yes!

I love the visual appeal of a striped baby blanket. But the striping on my Spring Charms Baby Blanket is so much more — from small to large stripes and back again.

This blanket pattern does not include multiples because of the row size repeats, but I do envision a wide version of the pattern – with fringe of course – at the back of my bed someday. If I was to increase the width to a bed throw, the multiples would x 2. Then the width of the bed could be combined with gauge to figure out how many stitches to add to the starting chain. I can’t wait to pick out the yarn for this blanket project!

If you use this pattern to make a throw for the end of your bed, please let me know in the comments section or tag me on Instagram @goldenstrandstudio. There is a good chance you might beat me to this project as I have sooooo many design ideas to share with all of you before I get to go back to some of my favorites!
