Per mitten, approximately 160 yards # 6, super bulky weight yarn. Drops Andes wool and alpaca blend used for mittens pictured.
Per mitten, if striping mittens – 80 yards in color A and 80 yards in color B.

Single Crochet Post Stitch:

Single Crochet Post Two Together:

Insert hook right to left behind the post from row below, yarn over and pull through stitch (2 loops on hook) insert hook right to left behind next post stitch in row, yarn over and pull through stitch (3 loops on hook) yarn over and pull through all 3 loops on hook.

Half Double Crochet Two Together:
