From pumpkin patches on Halloween to delicious pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving, no foodstuff represents Fall better than the pumpkin. The materials you’ll need are Gazzal Baby Cotton yarn in orange for the pumpkin itself, Yarn Alize Forever in brown for the leaves (this yarn should be twice as thin as the yarn used for the pumpkin), a crochet hook matching your yarn, a filler of your choice, PVA glue, and brown sewing thread.

The PDF for this pattern is easy-to-read and is easily printable. To make this pattern you will need worsted weight yarn, a crochet hook that is G/4.00mm in length, polyfill stuffing, a tapestry needle, and florist wire for the pumpkin tendril (but this is optional).

The small pumpkin should be 3-12” wide and 2” tall, the medium pumpkin should be 4-12” wide and 3-12” tall (not including the tendril), and the large pumpkin should be 4-14” wide and 4-12” tall. The pattern is written in English using US terminology and is suited for an advanced beginner.
